Operational Support – Assist the Deputy and General Manager in overseeing daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional service delivery.
Team Leadership & Development – Support the recruitment, training, and development of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Financial Oversight – Help manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and contribute to cost control strategies to maximise profitability.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement – Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service excellence.
Compliance & Standards – Ensure the business adheres to all health & safety, legal, and industry-specific regulations, implementing best practices at all times.
