Are you an ambitious, money-motivated valuer who loves winning instructions but hates the admin that comes with it?
At Signature North East, we do things differently. We want you out meeting clients and winning business, not behind a desk doing photography, floor plans, descriptions or measuring up. Our dedicated team handles all of that.
Your job is simple:
- 1. Meet the client and win the instruction
- 2. Follow up, build relationships and get the contract signed
- 3. Use our additional earning schemes to boost your income
Who we're looking for
An experienced, self-motivated valuer who is confident, enthusiastic and driven to succeed. You build relationships easily, turn opportunities into instructions, and want to be properly rewarded for your results.
Essential: Previous property valuation experience and a full UK driving licence/ car owner.
