Signature Group is opening a new Scottish pub and dining room in Edinburgh's Old Town and seeks a Chef de Partie to join from day one. You will lead your section, work with Head Chef and Sous Chefs, and deliver dishes using top Scottish produce over charcoal/open-fire cooking.
You'll help develop the menu, support daily kitchen operations and mentor junior staff. A strong work ethic, teamwork and a passion for great food are essential as the kitchen builds from the ground up.
