Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Gas Oven Engineer to join our team full-time. In this on-site role located in Dunstable, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing our commercial gas ovens and associated equipment. Day-to-day tasks include conducting inspections, diagnosing and resolving faults, performing scheduled maintenance, and assisting with other on-site facilities or equipment needs. This role is crucial in ensuring the production lines operate with maximum efficiency and safety.
Qualifications
- Proven industrial experience working with gas-fired equipment.
- Proficiency in plumbing and building maintenance.
- Strong skills in maintenance and repair of commercial gas ovens or similar equipment.
- Ability to diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent attention to detail and a safety-focused mindset.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in gas engineering or similar fields.
- Experience in the food manufacturing or baking industry is a plus.
- COCN1 CENWAT, CAPA1 or CORT Gas Safe Registration.
