Your role at Signature involves leading our clinical team, ensuring all care meets CQC and Signature standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day clinical operations and ensuring appropriate staffing levels and skill mix.
  • Leading on governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Managing budgets, rotas, recruitment, and resource allocation.
  • Coaching, developing, and supporting your team, including mandatory training and professional development.
  • Maintaining accurate records and delivering high standards of resident care.
  • Acting as Deputy General Manager when required.
