Your role at Signature as our Sales and Marketing Manager involves showcasing and selling the Signature lifestyle to a diverse audience. You will have a deep understanding of our audience and know how to attract residents to Signature, keeping our homes at capacity. Building rapport with potential residents and key care influencers is essential. You will be passionate about meeting and exceeding targets, using your creative flair to produce marketing assets, from brochures to stickers, to promote individual homes and the Signature brand. Additionally, you will prepare and coordinate our presence at sales events and exhibitions.

You will work 5 days out of 7 each week with an expectation to be flexible and able to work weekends.
