About the Role
Working as part of the Marketing team, you’ll be the go-to person for data, insights, and category understanding, helping shape strategy and drive growth for the UK’s No.1 in a fast-moving, competitive market. You’ll use your analytical skills to identify opportunities and risks, support new product launches, and provide insight that helps secure new listings with major retailers like Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and Asda. This is a role for someone who enjoys working with data, collaborating across teams, and translating complex numbers into clear, actionable insights.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Analysing sales, shoppers, and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Turning numbers into clear recommendations for commercial and marketing teams.
- Supporting sales and marketing teams with presentations, range reviews, and business cases for retailers.
- Helping shape category and brand strategies based on evidence and insight.

- A natural problem-solver who enjoys analysis and storytelling through data.
- Comfortable presenting findings and recommendations to different teams.
- Curious, proactive, and happy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience with tools like Nielsen, Kantar, or retailer data portals is a plus, but not essential if you’re quick to learn.
Why Join?
You’ll be part of a market-leading brand that’s seen incredible growth and continues to deliver some of the most successful product launches in the category. This is a hands-on role where your analysis and ideas will directly shape business decisions, in a company that values passion, curiosity, and potential as much as experience.
