They’re searching for a super-ambitious, commercially sharp, personality-led individual – an NAE or Junior NAM ready to step up – to join the team as National Account Manager. You’ll take on key Grocery and Online accounts with huge potential, working closely with an inspiring sales team who will help accelerate your career.
Responsibilities include:
- Full P&L ownership across Grocery & E-Commerce accounts
- Leading and shaping the online customer strategy
- Cross-functional collaboration with Category, Marketing, Finance & Supply
- Forecasting, analysing and driving commercial performance
- Building strong retailer relationships
- Living the mission and championing the brand every day
You will be/have:
- NAE/Junior NAM stepping up, or NAM seeking a bigger scope
- Retail P&L experience (ideally Grocery or Online)
- High energy, positive mindset and a no-ego approach
- Strong numeracy and commercial confidence
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on challenger environment
- Commutable to central London 2 days a week
- Big personality, ambition and resilience
