We’re partnered with a SME snacking brand that is focused on Healthy and high protein savoury & sweet snacking products. They have built a great foundation for this person to build from. The business was set up by two passionate and inspiring founders. The next stage of their journey is to hire a Senior Salesperson to join the team and elevate them further.

In this role you will…

  1. Account Management and development of a portfolio of retail customers- this is a new position as the business continues to grow so it will all depend on you- retail will be the focus
  2. JBP development and implementation, negotiation with new retail customers
  3. P&L management, including commercial and financial analysis
  4. Collaboration with the marketing team on brand, POS, in store activation and category analysis.
  5. SKU level forecasting

What are we looking for in the successful candidate?

  1. Ideally 7 years’ experience within FMCG.
  2. Experience managing Grocery MULT’s and driving new listings/ account growth.
  3. Commercially astute and enjoys joining dots and thinking differently.
  4. Ability to implement process and systems.
  5. Ability to analyse data, good with numbers and utilise for decision making.
  6. Passion for selling and confidence in negotiating and influencing with buyers.
  7. A desire to develop you career and a brand in the fast-paced, ever-growing snack industry.
