We’re proud to partner with an exciting health-focused SME, one of the fastest-growing, on-trend, functional brands in the UK. From humble beginnings in the founder’s kitchen, the business has scaled with nationwide listings in Grocery and OOH Channels. With their own production facility, strong retail partnerships, and a mission to change lives through nutrition, this is a brand with serious momentum.
The business is hiring 3 roles across commercial at the moment, with this SNAM being a pivotal hire. To begin with, you will take ownership of 2 major mults, alongside some key food service customers. Once you have your feet under the table, it will be your decision as to what route you go down, Grocery or Food Service? Not many businesses can provide this opportunity, where you take ownership for your career and where you see it going!
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience managing Top 4 grocers and/or Food Service wholesalers
- Worked across both SME and Blue Chip
- Operated at SNAM level
- A passion for the health and wellbeing category
- Experience scaling SMEs
- Analytical mindset, data savvy
- Strong P&L and JBP experience, strong negotiation
