Signature Career Management have partnered with an SME that is passionate about their products and everything they do, now in a position to appoint a Grocery Senior National Account Manager.
This brand is all about quality and flavour with high ambitions. This vegan brand has experienced high growth, smashing a +70% growth in turnover last year and launching into exciting NPD! They believe in doing things right, using only 100% natural ingredients full of nutritious goodness. One of the reasons they are on a steep trajectory! Is this something you want to be part of?
This challenger brand is based in London, with a two day a week hybrid working policy which offers a true start-up culture. A high energy team orientated culture, seeing everyone pull together to achieve greatness. This role comes with genuine autonomy and a real chance to make a difference and whilst I’m sure you’ve read this sort of statement before... the leadership team here are really like no other and will not only inspire and empower you but provide a place to learn and grow balancing the right amount of challenge vs support.
The Senior National Account Manager will take responsibility for circa 80% of the business turnover across Top 4 Grocery and Travel accounts. As with any challenger brand, wearing multiple hats will be required but this role is all about nurturing and growing the existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Develop existing relationships across Top 4 Grocery retail and Travel customers
- Securing further distribution and launching NPD
- Develop JBPs and manage the P&L seeking out opportunities for growth
- Execute NPD and promotional plans ensuring forecast accuracy
- Work with internal and external stakeholders on developing and executing NPD!
- Working knowledge and desire to continue to develop within Top 4 Grocery Retail
- Ideally have worked for an FMCG challenger brand
- Analytical, highly numerate – a natural problem solver
- An individual who raises the bar and looks for extraordinary
- Be able to think on your feet, agile, juggle multiple projects
- Willingness to go the extra mile for your team, customers and brand
- A competitive nature and desire to win in a collaborative manner
