A fast-growing challenger brand in the non-food FMCG space is on the lookout for a dynamic and detail-driven Sales Executive to support our expanding commercial operations. They’ve doubled their revenue every year since 2021, built a powerful global retail footprint (without outside investment), and fostered a collaborative, no-blame culture where people grow fast and get stuck in. This is the perfect role for someone who wants to roll up their sleeves, learn by doing, and help shape one of the most exciting scale-ups in personal care.

When we went to the client’s office, it was clear that their culture is fast-moving, collaborative, and full of energy. The office is bright, modern and open. They believe in supporting each other, trying new things, and learning as we go. You’ll be part of a down-to-earth, hands-on team where everyone gets involved - from sales and marketing to NPD and finance. They don’t do micromanagement or unnecessary red tape - just real responsibility, open communication, and shared wins. It’s a place where your ideas actually matter.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Working closely with our Sales Manager and wider commercial team, you’ll keep everything running behind the scenes by:
  • Running account portals for our UK and international retailers
  • Analysing sales data via spreadsheets and reports
  • Completing new line forms and inputting product information
  • Helping build engaging retailer proposals and presentations
  • Assisting with booking international travel and accommodation
  • Handling various ad-hoc administrative duties to support the wider team

  • Someone wanting to get into FMCG and potentially grow into a sales role
  • Proficiency in Excel and confidence working with data
  • A can-do, proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a sales admin, retail or commercial support role preferred

Why this company?
