I'm delighted to be partnering with an exciting chilled food scale-up as they continue their journey to become one of the UK's fastest-growing brands in their category.
In just two years, they've secured listings with major UK retailers and are building real momentum.
Every product is manufactured fresh from their own facility in Reading, giving them a genuine point of difference in a market dominated by larger, imported brands.
They're now looking for a Brand & Trade Marketing Executive to join the team at a pivotal stage of growth.
This is a brilliantly broad role that sits at the intersection of brand, shopper and trade marketing.
You'll be responsible for bringing new products to life from concept through to shelf, while making sure the brand wins where it matters most... in store.
You'll be
- Leading NPD launches and retail activation plans.
- Creating trade and shopper marketing campaigns that drive visibility, trial and repeat purchase.
- Working with retailers to maximise in-store execution through POS, displays, sampling and promotional activity.
- Measuring what actually works, from digital retail media to aisle fins and shopper campaigns, ensuring every pound of marketing spend delivers a return.
- Supporting wider brand campaigns that build awareness, educate shoppers and grow the brand across the UK.
- Working closely with an experienced CMO, agencies and commercial teams to help shape the next phase of growth.
They're looking for someone who enjoys asking questions like
• How do we win shoppers in-store?
• How do we increase trial and repeat purchase?
• How do we stand out on shelf against bigger competitors?
• How do we build a brand consumers actively seek out?
You'll thrive if you
- Love challenger brands.
- Enjoy turning insight into action.
- Understand retail, NPD and shopper behaviour.
- Want real ownership and the chance to make a visible impact from day one.
The essentials
- Reading (4 days per week)
- High-growth challenger business with genuine progression opportunities.
