Due to continued expansion, the company is looking for a Junior National Account Manager to manage a key Top 4 grocery account and wider retail responsibilities in a home‑based role with weekly travel to the North West office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full ownership of a key Top 4 grocery account, including P&L and JBP management.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships across retail partners.
  • Drive commercial performance through weekly sales analysis, forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Identify and unlock new business opportunities across existing and new retail channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing and trade marketing to deliver compelling, insight‑led customer plans.
  • Support the development and execution of commercial strategy alongside the Founders and Commercial Director.
  • Lead ad‑hoc commercial projects in a fast‑paced, evolving SME environment.
  • Ensure maximum visibility and execution of brand plans across key retail partners.
Required Qualifications
  • Previous FMCG experience, ideally as a National Account Executive or similar, managing Top 4 grocery accounts with P&L responsibility.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data, forecast accurately and drive ROI‑led decisions.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset suited to a fast‑growth SME environment.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills with internal stakeholders and retail partners.
  • Highly numerate with confidence using sales data, customer portals and insight tools.
  • Hands‑on, collaborative approach with willingness to get involved across the whole team.
  • Genuine interest in health, wellness and purpose‑led brands.
