Signature Career Management are partnered with an innovate business looking to turn their category on its head. Powered by plants, these award-winning products bring clarity and credibility to aspects of health that are often overlooked. If you’re passionate about health and wellness, then this role could be for you! This is a team that genuinely believe in the product and what they’re trying to achieve. They keep their feet on the ground with no day the same and looking for a like-minded candidate to join their team.
The business is looking for a National Account Manager to grow everything non-grocery. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Founders and Commercial Director to shape strategy and support this fast-growing business. As well as account management there is an element of business development, this is an SME experiencing high growth after all, and you will be afforded the support but also the autonomy to really make a difference. With NPD coming out very, very soon, this is a really exciting place to be!
The role will entail:
- Account Management of everything Non-Grocery (High Street & OOH)
- Business Development of new accounts and growth within existing
- Build long lasting, credible relationships with all existing and new customers
- Weekly analysis of customer portals to review sales, update forecasts and maximise sales
- Work collaboratively with marketing and trade marketing and develop the strongest possible customer marketing plans
- Ad hoc projects – a small team so a collaborative approach is essential!
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years in an account executive/manager role in FMCG
- Worked with non-grocery accounts
- Proven new business wins
- Worked in a challenger brand
- Passionate for the health & wellness space
This role will go into the London office once per week, so you will need to be based in London or surrounding areas.
