National Account Manager - High Street/Discount

This high-growth business is looking for a National Account Manager to spearhead their growth across high street/discounters and their Irish business. They have some well-known heritage brands (that you will most definitely know!) and alongside these, have released some new brands into market, so extremely exciting times for these guys! They have a strong international footprint, with ambitious growth plans across the UK!

In their category they are the business to beat! As mentioned before, their heritage brands are still at the top of their game and provides an amazing opportunity to manage these as well as drive their NPD across the channel. This business have an amazing culture, where everyone strives for the best for each other. They have a great senior leadership team that are at the focus and driver of this!

Key responsibilities include:

• Full management of their UK High Street/Discount customers
• Full management of their Irish Retail business
• Develop JBPs and manage the P&L seeking out opportunities for growth.
• Execute NPD and promotional plans ensuring forecast accuracy.
• Maximise distribution of their SKUs

The ideal candidate will be/have:

• Exposure to Top 4/wider retail
• Understanding of P&L and the different metrics
• A proactive and self-starter nature
• Be able to prioritise and manage multiple stakeholders
• Be bright have a strong work ethic
• Want to progress their career and be ambitious!

The business have a hybrid working split, where they are 3 days a week in their office in South London, so you need to be based in and around the London area.
