We’re looking for a National Account Manager who wants to be part of the team, determined to realise the growth they’re already experiencing and wants a position that you can really get your teeth stuck into… literally!

With over 100 employees in 7 locations around the world, they truly are experts at what they do! A leading company in the Impulse category focused on the EU and UK markets, working with some exciting licences and with constant innovation for their products it’s a real standout!

You will be joining a very experienced sales team that will be able to support and provide guidance where necessary. The Business really does feel like a family with people who have been there for 10+ years, it truly is a place where relationships are at the forefront of everything they do. Culture is key and you will enjoy a pacey working environment that is challenging yet rewarding and be part of an inclusive and enthusiastic team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining long lasting relationships with a strategic customer base of high street retailers and Top 4 Grocers and Discounters
  • Drive sales and further depth of distribution
  • Working across the supply chain to ensure delivery
  • Full P&L accountability
  • Develop, negotiate, execute and track the delivery of a joint annual business plans with the customers that underpin the Sales and Brand strategy achievement within those Customers

The successful candidate will hold the following experience/attributes:

  • FMCG retail account management experience, able to build and nurture relationships
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels
  • An eye for detail should be balanced with some creative flair and you will be able to demonstrate good commercial acumen
  • Experience in building collaborative relationships and partnerships
  • Strong with numbers, able to analyse data, interpret and present back to the business and customer
  • Strong presentation skills, comfortable in a customer facing role, agreeing JBPs with your customers
