We're recruiting a Business Development Manager to join one of the UK’s fastest-growing drinks businesses as it enters an exciting new phase of growth.
With turnover set to double over the next 12 months, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business where you'll have genuine influence and play a key role in its commercial success.
Already established across the North West with a growing customer base, they're now looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven salesperson to grow existing accounts while winning new business across pubs, bars and the wider on-trade.

The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for developing accounts across the North West, building long-term customer relationships and driving sales growth.
Your responsibilities will include
- Winning new business across pubs, bars and the on-trade.
- Growing and developing existing customer accounts.
- Building strong relationships with wholesale partners.
- Conducting joint customer visits alongside wholesalers.
- Managing your own sales pipeline and territory plan.
- Delivering against monthly sales targets.
- Acting as a brand ambassador
About You
We're looking for someone with energy, drive and a genuine passion for sales.
You’ll ideally have
- Experience in beer, drinks, hospitality or FMCG (desirable but not essential).
- A passion for meeting customers and building lasting relationships.
- A proactive, hunter mentality with a desire to win new business.
- The confidence to take ownership of your territory.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team.
- A full UK driving licence.
