Are you a commercially driven DTC growth specialist who thrives on building channels, testing ideas and turning insight into measurable growth? This is an opportunity to join an ambitious FMCG business where you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of its DTC channel. With a strong portfolio of great brands and a clear ambition to accelerate online growth, the business is looking for a DTC Manager who can take ownership of the channel strategy, maximise its potential and drive profitable growth through data-led decision making.

This is not a role for someone who simply wants to maintain an existing e-commerce operation. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build, challenge and improve. Someone who enjoys understanding what makes customers tick, identifying opportunities, testing new ideas and turning insights into action.

As DTC Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing the channel through a combination of digital acquisition, website optimisation, customer insight and commercial thinking. You’ll work closely with teams across Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Finance to ensure DTC becomes an increasingly important driver of growth across the business. This role would suit someone who is naturally curious, proactive and commercially minded. Someone who is comfortable getting into the detail, but also able to step back and think strategically about where the channel should go next.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Own and execute the DTC growth strategy, identifying opportunities to increase revenue, conversion and customer value
  • Drive growth across digital acquisition channels, using insight and performance data to maximise ROI
  • Optimise the customer journey across Shopify platforms, improving conversion, retention and overall online performance
  • Work with the wider team on the development of CRM, SEO and wider digital capabilities to maximise long-term channel growth
  • Manage website content, promotions and trading activity to ensure effective execution
  • Monitor performance, provide actionable insights and make recommendations to improve commercial outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns and identify new growth opportunities

We are looking for someone who combines digital expertise with a strong commercial mindset. Someone who is ambitious, analytical and not afraid to challenge the status quo. The successful candidate will likely be:

  • An experienced DTC / digital acquisition professional with 3+ years’ experience growing online channels
  • Experienced working with Shopify and familiar with Google Analytics and key digital performance metrics
  • Commercially focused, with a strong understanding of ROI and what drives profitable growth
  • A self-starter who takes ownership, uses initiative and thrives in a fast-moving environment
  • Curious, analytical and always looking for opportunities to improve performance
  • Comfortable bringing new ideas, testing new approaches and challenging existing ways of working
  • Ideally experienced within a high-growth DTC brand, FMCG, consumer goods or a similar fast‑paced environment

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business with ambitious plans, where you’ll have genuine ownership of a growing channel and the opportunity to make a measurable impact.
