I'm partnering with one of the market's most exciting businesses in the branded meat/frozen category, a £100m+ turnover powerhouse with 25 years of uninterrupted growth. They're smashing targets quarter after quarter and are now recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager role to accelerate their expansion across the South of London. This is a great chance to carve out your own territory, your own customer base, and your own wins!

With industry-leading quality, long-standing supplier relationships, and a reputation as the genuine food experts, this business is trusted by chefs, wholesalers, distributors, and end-users alike. Their Country Managers, Technical teams and NPD specialists regularly visit production sites to guarantee standards, which means you walk into meetings with instant credibility.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Owning and growing the South London market, driving both new business and existing accounts within Foodservice.
  • Opening doors, pitching, converting, and growing distribution.
  • Driving performance across foodservice and wholesale partners.
  • Using your industry contacts to make an immediate impact.

What You'll Need to Bring

  • Proven success selling into the wholesale channel (foodservice experience is essential).
  • A strong network and the ability to hit the ground running.
  • Background in meat is advantageous but not essential – channel knowledge is key.
  • A genuine hunter mentality: proactive, persistent, commercially sharp.
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and comfortably close business.
