They’re smashing targets quarter after quarter and are now recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager role to accelerate their expansion across the South of London. With industry-leading quality, long-standing supplier relationships, and a reputation as the genuine food experts, this business is trusted by chefs, wholesalers, distributors, and end-users alike. Their Country Managers, Technical teams and NPD specialists regularly visit production sites to guarantee standards, which means you walk into meetings with instant credibility.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning and growing the South London market, driving both new business and existing accounts within Foodservice.
- Opening doors, pitching, converting, and growing distribution.
- Driving performance across foodservice and wholesale partners.
- Using your industry contacts to make an immediate impact.
What You’ll Need to Bring
- Proven success selling into the wholesale channel (foodservice experience is essential).
- A strong network and the ability to hit the ground running.
- Background in meat is advantageous but not essential – channel knowledge is key.
- A genuine hunter mentality: proactive, persistent, commercially sharp.
- Ability to influence, negotiate, and comfortably close business.
