Look no further… Here at Signature, we are partnered with a high-growth SME in the healthy drinks space who are looking for a National Account Manager to come in and take hold of their food service/wholesale business. They’re a purpose-led business that have an amazing story from starting out as to where they are now. They have had investment from a big player in the space which has enabled them to grow aggressively, they have doubled turnover from last year! This business has a real family-feel to them. They are very collaborative, where everyone digs in and helps each other out on a day-to-day basis! This a real ‘roll your sleeves up’ environment and if doing that extra bit isn’t for you, you won’t be for them either! They have recently expanded into a new category, which has just gone live in a major grocer and into the OOH channel, a very exciting time for them!
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience within Foodservice/Wholesale customers
- Curious character and eagerness to learn
- Exceptional people & communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Good work ethic – a real go-getter!
- Exposure to a start-up/SME environment
Main responsibilities include:
- Manage the food service channel!
- Manage a Field sales executive
- Gaining new business wins within food service wholesalers and end-users
- Manage and grow key existing wholesalers (Brakes a big one!)
- Own your development to Head of OOH – as early as 1 year
The last point is no joke! This role (as soon as next year) will become their Head of OOH – next year managing a team of 3+! There is a real scope here to make this channel and role your own!
They are Central London based, with this person needing to be based within London or surrounding areas and be commutable into the office 2 days a week.
