We’re recruiting for a Junior National Account Manager to join a growing distribution team within a fast-moving, globally recognised natural beauty and personal care brand. This is a rare opportunity for someone who understands the commercial engine behind FMCG, has managed a P&L, and is ready to manage a diverse portfolio of international markets with genuine responsibility and visibility and a clear progression pathway within the business.
The Role
Reporting into the Head of Distribution, you’ll be entrusted with managing an existing portfolio across a varied and exciting mix of territories. You’ll be the day-to-day commercial contact for your distributors, supporting growth, analysing performance, and ensuring strong brand presence across markets. You’ll also support on larger global accounts alongside senior team members. This role is less about travel and more about commercial thinking, distributor management, and understanding how international FMCG really works.

- Hybrid working: 2-3 days in London office
