We’re partnered with a London based FMCG brand who are diversifying their social channels. They’ve grown at a huge pace since 2020 and listed in most retailers though very much D2C led. You’ve no doubt heard of them/ seen their marketing – it’s hard to miss them in today’s digital world and if you haven’t… where have you been!?! You MUST try their product – more launching this year too so exciting time to join!
As part of their growth, they’re looking to develop Influencer Marketing and wanting to make a hire in an Influencer Executive who will work hand in hand with the Head of Growth to execute the Influencer strategy which includes:
- Running their seeding programme
- Sourcing and developing relationship with UGC creators and influencers
- Negotiating terms with Influencers
- Working with affiliate partnership managing the relationship
We’re looking for someone who is seeking an opportunity to develop their career in this field who is keen to take on a strategically enabling role in 12-24 months and ambitious to progress. Successful candidates will have the following experience/ attributes:
- Influencer management experience in paid (seeding, relationship building, negotiating, sourcing UGC creators)
- Strong relationship building skills
- Highly organised
- People person who is engaging, very much a doer and can operate to pace.
