Do you thrive on building relationships, winning new business, and taking ownership of your own territory? Signature Career Management are partnered with a well-established and highly respected premium drinks business with an outstanding reputation across both the On-Trade and Off-Trade.
Working with an impressive portfolio of premium and craft beer brands, you'll play a key role in driving growth, developing customer partnerships, and bringing exciting brands to market. This isn't your typical field sales role. Yes, you'll be responsible for growing sales and winning new business, but you'll also become a trusted advisor to your customers, helping them maximise sales through category knowledge, product recommendations, training, merchandising and brand activations. If you're passionate about beer and enjoy the challenge of growing a territory, this could be the perfect opportunity.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and develop an established territory, building strong relationships across both On-Trade and Off-Trade customers whilst identifying and converting new business opportunities.
- Deliver profitable sales growth through increased distribution, range extensions, new product listings and premium brand activations.
- Work collaboratively with brewery partners to execute joint initiatives, support new product launches and educate customers on beer styles, trends and perfect serve.
- Own your territory performance, using commercial insight and CRM to manage your pipeline, identify opportunities and consistently exceed sales targets.
You'll need to be commercially driven, self-motivated and confident managing your own territory. This is a role for someone who enjoys being out with customers, spotting opportunities others miss, and building long-term partnerships that deliver sustainable growth. This is an opportunity to join a business that genuinely values its people, offers excellent career development, and provides the autonomy to make your territory your own whilst representing some fantastic premium beer brands.
The ideal candidate:
- Will have previous field sales experience within FMCG, drinks or the wider alcohol industry.
- Strong understanding of the On-Trade and/or Off-Trade, with experience managing customer relationships and delivering against sales targets.
- Passionate about premium beer, craft drinks and the hospitality industry.
- Commercially minded with excellent negotiation, relationship-building and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organised and comfortable managing a territory independently.
