Present in 20 markets worldwide, this brand has listings in over 100 Michelin-star restaurants and some of the world’s most prestigious hotel groups. Their award-winning liquids and beautiful design have made them the name to know in the emerging premium non-alcoholic category.
Now, they’re looking for a Head of UK Sales to lead their next phase of growth. This is not a desk job. It’s a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive strategy and execution, managing a talented team of four across On-Trade and Retail, and playing a pivotal role in scaling the UK business.
So, what’s involved?
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of four.
- Build and execute the UK commercial strategy, with a primary focus on prestige On-Trade.
- Leverage your network to unlock major national account wins across restaurant and hotel groups.
- Partner closely with marketing to deliver impactful activations and brand experiences.
- Get stuck in – whether it’s negotiating listings, mentoring your team, or pouring samples at a tasting.
- Double UK revenue within 12 months while maintaining commercial margin and brand integrity.
About you
- A natural relationship builder with a strong network across the premium On-Trade (think fine dining, hotel groups, top-tier bars and restaurants).
- Proven sales leader – you’ve managed, coached, and grown a team before.
- Strategic yet hands-on: you’ll build the plan and execute it with energy.
- Experienced in small, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments (not corporate suits).
- Commercially sharp and fiercely competitive when it comes to negotiating the right deal.
- A “social butterfly” who thrives on face-to-face engagement and getting things done.
- London-based (or close enough to be in the city 3+ days per week).
