Are you a sales leader who thrives in the premium On-Trade world? Do you bring a black book of high-end hospitality contacts and the energy to turn strategy into serious growth? If you’re as comfortable rolling your sleeves up as you are leading from the front, this could be your next big move.
Signature Career Management is proud to partner with one of the most exciting premium No & Low brands in the market – a fast-growing business that’s redefining how we view the category. Present in 20 markets worldwide, this brand has listings in over 100 Michelin-star restaurants and some of the world’s most prestigious hotel groups. Their award-winning liquids and beautiful design have made them the name to know in the emerging premium non-alcoholic category.
Now, they’re looking for a Head of UK Sales to lead their next phase of growth. This is not a desk job. It’s a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive strategy and execution, managing a talented team of four across On-Trade and Retail, and playing a pivotal role in scaling the UK business.
So, what’s involved?
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of four.
- Build and execute the UK commercial strategy, with a primary focus on prestige On-Trade.
- Leverage your network to unlock major national account wins across restaurant and hotel groups.
- Partner closely with marketing to deliver impactful activations and brand experiences.
- Get stuck in – whether it’s negotiating listings, mentoring your team, or pouring samples at a tasting.
- Double UK revenue within 12 months while maintaining commercial margin and brand integrity.
About you
- A natural relationship builder with a strong network across the premium On-Trade (think fine dining, hotel groups, top-tier bars and restaurants).
- Proven sales leader – you’ve managed, coached, and grown a team before.
- Strategic yet hands-on: you’ll build the plan and execute it with energy.
- Experienced in small, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments (not corporate suits).
- Commercially sharp and fiercely competitive when it comes to negotiating the right deal.
- A “social butterfly” who thrives on face-to-face engagement and getting things done.
- London-based (or close enough to be in the city 3+ days per week).
If you’re ready to lead, sell, and shape the future of the premium No & Low category – we should definitely talk.
