Are you passionate about building international markets? Are you someone who thrives on making deals happen, scaling challenger brands, and finding growth where others can’t see it? This is an Export leadership appointment like no other. This FMCG business is already making waves overseas, and now needs someone who can take the reins and double down on the opportunity ahead.
You won’t find big egos here. What you will find is a tight-knit team who back each other, work fast, and believe in building something special. They’re not weighed down by corporate red tape, they make decisions quickly, move at pace, and create space for people to truly make an impact.
This is a branded FMCG organisation which requires you to think differently. They’re not average, they’re not looking for average, they want high performers, people with an edge, and those who want more from their careers. This is a high-performing, entrepreneurial culture where you’ll be given the platform to carve out your own path and shape the future of the business. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with entrepreneurial flair to join an exciting growing business, and have real skin in the game.
As Head of Export, you’ll own and drive the global growth agenda. You’ll already know what it takes to navigate distributors, registrations, and route-to-market challenges. You’ll be expected to hit the ground running, opening doors, scaling key markets, and making an immediate impact with your network.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting and executing the global export strategy with accountability for growth.
- Unlocking new regions and doubling down on existing hotspots.
- Building strong distributor relationships and maximising registration pipelines.
- Travelling internationally to deliver results and grow markets at pace.
The successful candidate will already be performing in an export role within FMCG, eager to take on the challenge of scaling a fast-growth challenger.
We’re looking for:
- A proven Export professional ideally with experience across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
- Someone entrepreneurial, commercially sharp, and number-savvy.
- A self-starter who thrives in lean, fast-paced environments.
- A strong relationship builder with a network to leverage from day one.
This is not your everyday Export appointment in the FMCG industry and one which offers the opportunity to shape the international future of a challenger brand.
