As Head of eCommerce, you\’ll be the driving force behind this evolution. You\’ll own the digital strategy for the UK & Ireland, unlocking growth across their D2C channels, elevating the customer experience, and leading an ambitious team to deliver exceptional results.

What you\’ll be doing

• Leading the UK & Ireland eCommerce strategy to deliver ambitious growth targets.
• Driving digital innovation and continuous improvement across the online customer journey.
• Partnering with marketing and global digital teams to align campaigns and enhance performance.
• Managing and developing a talented UK digital team.
• Playing a key leadership role in the UK senior management team, shaping the overall vision and culture.

Requirements

• Proven track record in eCommerce leadership within health, wellness, FMCG or premium consumer brands.
• Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and a love for data-driven decision-making.
• Passionate about digital innovation, customer experience and brand building.
• A natural collaborator who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
