This role is an office based role and requires 5 days a week in Central London. You need to be working within the FMCG industry. When you are asked the question – ‘Who is the fastest growing, on trend challenger brand in the market?’ I throw these questions at you because, Signature Career Management have partnered with a leading brand, who is industry backed, and are taking their innovative approach and dynamic brand persona to unimaginable heights! The business are on the lookout for a Digital E-Commerce Marketing Manager to come in and grow their D2C channel. Unlike most growing businesses, this brand focused on retail to help scale their products, but now there is so much white space to achieve huge growth numbers via D2C. You’ll be responsible for optimising our DTC and Amazon stores, managing digital marketing campaigns, and working with agencies and partners to grow our online sales. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll also collaborate closely with our operations and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints. Managing the Shopify DTC store, ensuring a smooth customer journey, optimising CRO & UX/UI, and working with developers to enhance performance. Growing sales on Amazon, including managing the Brand Store, PDPs, on-page SEO, and Amazon Ads. Supporting key retail partners (Ocado, H&B, etc.) by optimising e-commerce content and managing digital marketing activities on their platforms. Running digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales across Paid Media (Google Ads, Paid Social, Display, Citrus Ads, etc.) and Owned Media (Email, Content Marketing). Improving the SEO strategy, including on-page, content, and technical SEO to enhance visibility. Agency Management – Work with digital marketing, creative, and development agencies to optimise performance. Performance Tracking – Analyse website and digital marketing data using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other analytics tools to make data-driven decisions. Budget Management – Support in managing budgets across digital marketing channels. Acquisition & Retention – Help attract new customers and improve retention through smart digital strategies. Strategic Support – Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Founders to support our digital growth strategy. Analytical & Commercial – Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and optimising performance. · Passionate & Curious – A keen interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and high growth brands. · Experience in Digital Marketing & E-commerce – Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, PPC, SEO, Paid Social, and Email Marketing.
