Are you ready to take your first real step into Sales and National Accounts within a high-growth grocery business? We're looking for a Commercial Executive (6 month FTC); an organised, commercially curious and detail-driven individual to support one of the business' most strategic retail partnerships. This is your opportunity to see how a £20M grocery account is really run. You'll work alongside an experienced sales team, supporting the Tesco Group and gaining hands-on exposure to the commercial levers that drive revenue, growth and customer relationships. You'll be at the centre of keeping a major retail account moving, ensuring the detail is right, deadlines are hit, and cross-functional teams are aligned.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Own the day-to-day commercial administration across Tesco, Booker and Tesco Ireland, ensuring accuracy across price files, promotions and product data
- Manage and maintain internal trackers across c.40 SKUs, supporting seasonal changes and NPD launches
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, NPD and Technical teams to ensure activity lands on time and in full
- Support promotional submissions, forecasting inputs and investment tracking
- Prepare customer presentations, reports and meeting packs
- Act as a central point of contact internally to keep projects and launches on track
Who you are:
- Experience in a commercial, sales support, marketing, supply chain, buying or project-based role
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Commercially curious and keen to begin a career in Sales or National Accounts
- Confident working with data and Excel
- A proactive communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally
- Ambitious, reliable and ready to take ownership of processes
