We’re partnering with a highly successful, fast-growing European design business operating at scale across personal care, electrical beauty categories, homeware and lifestyle. With a turnover of €65m+, the business works at the heart of co-created product development with major UK and European retailers, designing and delivering high-volume, value-driven ranges that sit in some of the UK’s most competitive retail environments.
This is not a traditional brand or distributor role; The UK personal care division currently manages ~ÂŁ5m P&L across key retail accounts, with significant growth potential and strong existing relationships in place. This is a hands-on, relationship-led national account management role focused on supporting and growing key UK retail partnerships.
You will act as the UK extension of the European product and development team, working closely with internal colleagues in Europe and senior retail buyers in the UK. This is a “farming” role, not heavy on new business development, with a strong emphasis on account management, co-creation, product coordination, and retailer relationship management.
- Manage and develop key UK retail accounts (including leading discount/value retailers)
- Act as the daily point of contact for buyers, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
- Support product development cycles including sampling, briefing, pricing and launches
- Coordinate with European teams on product development and co-creation projects
- Build strong, long-term retailer relationships based on trust and consistency
- Ensure smooth execution from concept through to in-store delivery
- Support both personal care and homeware categories initially, with potential to specialise long-term
We are looking for someone who truly understands volume retail and personal care/home electrical categories:
- A National Account Executive / Junior NAM
- A Buyer or Assistant Buyer looking to move into supplier-side account management
- A Category Manager within retail
- Or working within wholesale / branded personal care or electrical beauty
- Value / discount retail
- Off-price or high-volume FMCG retail
Genuinely interested in product (not just sales targets), able to balance admin, coordination and commercial conversation. Energetic, credible and professional in front of retail partners. Happy working autonomously from home with regular travel. Be part of a co-creation model rather than traditional sales. Genuine long-term progression as the UK structure expands. High autonomy with strong support from European head office.
