Are you an aspiring International Sales Manager? This is a home-based opportunity with an innovative and exciting FMCG company who are looking to appoint a Senior International Sales Manager to lead their team and oversee their international strategy as a whole!
Their export business is their biggest and something they have grown consistently year on year! You will work with distribution partners across the globe (including the UK), alongside setting the strategy for the international team and managing them to deliver! This is an autonomous dynamic environment, no micromanagement here. You will be able to challenge back; this isn’t about ‘yes people’, it’s about collaboration, hard work and winning in the right way. An organisation which has the perfect balance of structure and clout when it’s needed yet the speed, pace and agility to deliver makes this opportunity enticing. It won’t be for everyone though. To succeed here you need grit, resilience, determination and a self-starter way about you with an inquisitive mind. Responsibilities of the Senior International Sales Manager include:
- Setting & executing the international strategy

- P&L responsibility delivering both top and bottom-line growth
To be successful in this position we’re looking for:
- FMCG international sales experience – open on where!
- Experience in dealing with international distributors
- Strong commercial acumen
- Character which displays pace and a self-starter nature as well as resilience, determination and an inquisitive nature.
