The role:
- Own and deliver regular category and performance reporting across multiple channels
- Analyse data from sources such as Nielsen and retailer CAD to identify trends and opportunities
- Monitor competitor activity and provide actionable insights to the wider business
- Support the development of category strategies through robust data analysis
- Bring clarity to a complex and fast-moving category with growing SKU ranges and touchpoints
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure category insights drive commercial decisions
- Build relationships and work with customers across the likes of convenience and high-street channels
You’ll be / have:
- Experience in a category, insights or data-focused role (FMCG or agency side welcome)
- Highly numerate with strong Excel skills and a passion for working with data
- Naturally curious - someone who enjoys digging into the “why” behind the number
- Comfortable working in a structured, routine-driven environment
- A detail-oriented individual who takes pride in accuracy and insight quality
