They are a young, vibrant team based in Manchester and have world-renowned brands that you will recognise and come across every day. Due to growth, they are now upscaling their marketing team and looking for a Senior and Brand Account Manager to come in and hit the ground running.
- Own and manage the brand owner relationship
- Manage the strategic and operational relationship with relevant stakeholders (Brand owner, product development, sales and category, procurement, supply chain, and finance)
- Build a trusted partnership through knowledge of brand, consumer, and retailer needs
- Deliver the budget brand P&L as per KPIs
- Build and deliver the annual retail brand plan and long-term brand plans
- Range management, NPD pipeline, product management, distribution management, price and promo strategy, and shopper activation in conjunction with the shopper team
Experience in FMCG would be sought after, but is not essential by any means. Have a story to tell – have you travelled the world perhaps? Passionate about marketing and interested in FMCG. Ability to analyse data. Have experience building brands, delivering for customers, and pulling the correct internal levers in order to deliver.
