Are you ready to take the next step in your brand marketing career? Whether you're an ambitious Assistant Brand Manager looking for your first Brand Manager position or an established Brand Manager ready for a fresh challenge, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for. This is a Brand Manager role with real ownership. You'll join a privately owned, founder-led FMCG manufacturer with a proud heritage and an exciting future. The business has built an impressive portfolio of household brands and continues to invest heavily in innovation, marketing and long-term growth, creating an environment where people are encouraged to contribute ideas, challenge thinking and make a genuine impact.

This isn’t the kind of business where every decision needs multiple layers of approval. It’s fast paced, entrepreneurial and collaborative. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, have exposure across the wider business and be trusted to take ownership from day one. It’s the perfect environment for someone who wants to accelerate their development, broaden their experience and see the direct impact of their work.

We’re looking for a Brand Manager who is equally passionate about creativity and commerciality. Someone who enjoys bringing brands to life through engaging campaigns but also understands that great marketing should drive business performance. Working as part of a close-knit marketing team, you’ll help shape brand plans, deliver innovation, manage campaigns and collaborate with colleagues across Sales, Category, Operations and external agency partners to ensure every activation lands brilliantly.

You’ll have the opportunity to get involved in every stage of the brand journey, from identifying consumer trends and developing new product ideas through to launching campaigns, analysing performance and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development and delivery of long-term brand strategies
  • Managing innovation projects from concept through to launch
  • Delivering integrated marketing campaigns across consumer, shopper and trade channels
  • Using consumer and market insight to identify opportunities for growth
  • Monitoring brand performance and making recommendations to improve results
  • Working closely with Sales, Category and external agencies to deliver marketing plans
  • Supporting portfolio, pricing and promotional activity
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and retail partners

We’re looking for someone who’s curious, commercially aware and eager to learn. Someone who enjoys working at pace, takes ownership of their projects and wants to build a long-term career within FMCG marketing.

The successful candidate will likely be:

  • An Assistant Brand Manager ready to step into their first Brand Manager role, or an existing Brand Manager looking for a new challenge
  • Experienced within an FMCG environment
  • Passionate about building brands and delivering impactful marketing campaigns
  • Commercially minded, with an interest in consumer behaviour, category performance and innovation
  • Confident working cross-functionally and building strong stakeholder relationships
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excited by the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business where you’ll be given genuine responsibility

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with ambitious growth plans, a portfolio of established brands and plenty of investment behind marketing. You’ll gain exposure to every aspect of brand management, work alongside experienced leaders and have the opportunity to accelerate your career in an environment where you’ll be trusted to make a difference.
