Overview
Client Delivery Manager – FMCG Expert – Signature Career Management update: This role involves leading Amazon and broader eCommerce strategy for a health-focused SME in the UK. You will own the Amazon channel, build strategy, drive growth, and collaborate cross-functionally to expand brand presence and sales online. This is a build role in a high-growth environment with internal marketing support and an opportunity to shape the roadmap for expansion beyond Amazon.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the Amazon channel, building strategy and executing growth plans
- Lead the relationship with Amazon 1P, managing all commercial and operational levers
- Drive performance across content, media, search, and promotions, with support from agencies where required
- Explore and develop new eCommerce opportunities beyond Amazon (e.g. Ocado, retailer.com)
- Work cross-functionally to maximise brand visibility and sales online
- Track performance against clear measurables, delivering data-driven results
About You
- Proven success in managing Amazon, ideally in FMCG, but broader eCommerce experience is welcome
- Commercially minded with strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you can build and shape strategy
