We’re working with an industry-leading brand that’s looking for an experienced Product Brand Manager to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave.
This is a great opportunity to join a leading homeware brand where product is at the heart of everything you do. You’ll have the chance to make a real impact, take ownership of key product marketing activity and work collaboratively across the business to bring products to life.
If you’re a hands-on Product Brand Manager who enjoys getting under the skin of a product, shaping its story and seeing your work translate into commercial results, we’d love to hear from you.
Please note: this role is suited to Product Brand Managers with extensive product ownership experience, rather than general brand marketers.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of product storytelling and positioning across your categories, working closely with Product Development, Design, Sales and E-commerce to ensure products stand out in a competitive market and convert shoppers into customers.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Product ownership and positioning: Taking ownership of products from concept through to launch, developing clear positioning and messaging that brings product features and benefits to life.
- New product development: Leading the marketing side of NPD, including positioning, packaging, artwork, copywriting and go-to-market planning.
- Product storytelling: Turning technical product features into compelling, benefit-led stories that resonate with consumers and drive purchase.
- E-commerce content: Developing high-quality product listing assets for online marketplaces, including Amazon, with responsibility for product copy, SEO, imagery and video content.
- Creative content: Briefing and managing product photoshoots, video production and creative assets to ensure products are presented in the best possible way.
- Omnichannel marketing: Working with internal teams and external creative partners to deliver engaging content across e-commerce, social media, influencers and wider digital channels.
- Commercial impact: Using consumer insights, market research and customer feedback to refine product messaging, identify opportunities and support sales teams with compelling product propositions.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Working closely with Product Development, Graphics, Sales and E-commerce to ensure consistent product storytelling from concept to launch.
About You
We’re looking for someone who combines strong product marketing experience with a creative eye and a commercial mindset.
You’ll ideally have:
- Extensive experience in a Product Brand Manager or similar product-focused marketing role, with a proven track record of owning products and their positioning.
- Experience within the homeware category or a similar consumer product environment.
- A genuine passion for products and the ability to understand what makes them stand out in the market.
- Strong experience in NPD, product positioning, packaging, artwork and go-to-market activity.
- Experience developing product listing content for online marketplaces, particularly Amazon, including SEO-led copy and creative assets.
- The ability to translate product features into clear, engaging consumer benefits.
- Experience briefing and managing photoshoots, video content and wider creative projects.
- A strong commercial mindset, with the ability to use data and consumer insights to inform decisions and support sales conversations.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
