We’ve partnered with one of the most exciting, rapidly growing drinks brand looking for a Head of Brand to build something the industry can't ignore!

In only a couple of years, they've built a seriously impressive business, gained strong traction across the UK On-Trade with national brewers and establishing full UK RTM. They can now deliver to every UK postcode! They have grown huge awareness and sales on the on trade across the UK in particular in Scotland, Anglia, and the South Coast. They have just gone live in a top 4 grocer as well but the success they have had started, and continues to be the on trade, with future growth in retail planned and e-commerce.

They've secured significant investment, have a product gaining real momentum and ambitious plans to become a major player in the UK drinks industry.

Groundworks done, now it's about scaling up!

You will be the most senior marketing person in the business, working directly with the founders and board, with genuine autonomy to shape the direction.

They need someone who can see the bigger picture, think beyond the next customer win and build a strategy that takes the business to another level.

The founders have built strong brand pillars and foundations, but with this being the first senior marketing hire, you will be tasked with setting strategy and direction, formulating brand plans, and executing them. You will 2 direct reports in a Trade Marketing Manager and a Marketing Executive. The main task is thinking how do we grow this amazing brand in and out of the on trade, whilst utilising a decent budget. Until now it has all been about listings and distribution – but what is going to take them to the next level now and in the long term?

What does the role involve?

• Shape and deliver the brand strategy alongside the brand plans.
• Support the Trade Marketing Manager on the Trade Marketing strategy.
• Managing a team of 2 and looking at other areas the team need to grow in order to aid growth.
• Deliver on all comms and manage the D2C side of the business in the short term (experience in hands on e-commerce not required).
• Manage the P&L and be commercially savvy.
• Whether you have already or not, you will need to understand the benefit in analysing performance metrics, and be able to say what something has delivered and how this can be used to formulate future plans for growth.

What are they looking for?

• FMCG experience in the on - trade or OOH.
• Retail experience beneficial but in the interim you need to be well versed across the on-trade.
• BWS experience preferred.
• You will have worked in either an SME and can evidence the growth you have contributed to, or a bigger business with strong on-trade experience and a passion for being part of something small that is going to scale fast.

• 15% Bonus
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays, plus 5 additional January days.
