Signature Senior Lifestyle in Reigate is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our luxury care and nursing home kitchen. You’ll be second in command to the Head Chef, ensuring every meal is nutritious and restaurant-quality while leading and supporting the kitchen team.
With 5 years’ kitchen experience and NVQ Level 2/3 in Food Hygiene or Catering, you know your way around a kitchen. Supervisory experience, COSHH awareness, and a calm head in busy service are a big plus.
