As a Clinical Services Manager at our luxury care and nursing home in Reigate, you'll play a key leadership role in ensuring exceptional person-centred care for our residents, supporting them to live safe, fulfilled lives.

Your Role at Signature:

  • You’ll lead our clinical team, ensuring all care meets CQC and Signature standards.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
    • Overseeing day-to-day clinical operations and ensuring appropriate staffing levels and skill mix.
    • Leading on governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
    • Managing budgets, rotas, recruitment, and resource allocation.
    • Coaching, developing, and supporting your team, including mandatory training and professional development.
    • Maintaining accurate records and delivering high standards of resident care.
    • Acting as Deputy General Manager when required.
