As a Clinical Services Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring exceptional, person-centred care for our residents, supporting them to live safe, fulfilled lives.
Your Role at Signature
You’ll lead our clinical team, ensuring all care meets CQC and Signature standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing day-to-day clinical operations and ensuring appropriate staffing levels and skill mix.
- Leading on governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Managing budgets, rotas, recruitment, and resource allocation.
- Coaching, developing, and supporting your team, including mandatory training and professional development.
- Maintaining accurate records and delivering high standards of resident care.
- Acting as Deputy General Manager when required.
