Job Introduction
Are you an organised, detail-focused administrator who enjoys keeping people, systems and information on track? We’re looking for a Training Administrator to join Signature on a six-month fixed-term contract. You’ll play a key role in supporting our quality and learning systems, helping to coordinate training, maintain accurate records and compliance data, and keep our provider, funding, apprenticeship and induction administration running smoothly.
Your Role at Signature
Working closely with colleagues across Quality, Operations, People Services and Excellence, as well as teams in our homes, you’ll have plenty of variety in your day. Your responsibilities will include:
- Keeping documentation on the QCS policy system accurate, current and aligned with agreed governance processes.
- Administering and updating our e-learning platforms and coordinating training-compliance information.
- Maintaining the central training calendar and coordinating learning approved through our Quality and Learning and Development operating model.
- Coordinating administration for external providers and maintaining controlled learning materials and evaluation information.
- Working with the Quality Team to coordinate apprenticeship records and compliance, including apprenticeship levy administration.
- Coordinating new-starter induction programmes designed or approved by the Quality Team and other authorised functional owners.
- Maintaining ASWF and Learning and Development Fund data and coordinating the related funding administration.
- Keeping central learning and development records, datasets and team-member profiles complete and accurate.
- Attending meetings and providing clear, accurate information, notes, minutes and reports when required.
- Providing responsive learning and development support and wider Quality and Governance administration, alongside other reasonable duties consistent with the purpose and level of the role.

- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to complete, accurate data.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.
- Confidence administering digital platforms and maintaining accurate system information.
- The ability to analyse and present training-compliance information clearly.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including accurate note-taking.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build effective relationships with homes, providers and other stakeholders.
