Purchasing Assistant to join Signature Senior Lifestyle and provide administrative support to our Procurement Team.

Your Role at Signature
Purchasing Assistant
, you'll support the day-to-day procurement function, helping to ensure purchasing activities are carried out efficiently and accurately.
You'll work closely with suppliers and colleagues across the business, maintaining accurate records and supporting procurement processes from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include
- Providing administrative support to the Procurement Team.
- Maintaining accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Coordinating supplier communications and responding to routine enquiries.
- Assisting with purchase orders and supplier information.
- Supporting the efficient administration of procurement processes.
- Helping to ensure procurement documentation is accurate, up to date and compliant.
- What we’re looking for
You'll have
- Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
