Office Assistant / Receptionist to support our Executive Assistant in the day-to-day running of our Support Office in Beaconsfield.
- This is a part-time role working
- 15 hours per week , ideally
Tuesday to Thursday, 10:00am – 3:00pm .
Your Role at Signature
As the first point of contact for our Support Office, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for colleagues, visitors and suppliers.
Working closely with the Executive Assistant, you'll help ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include
- Answering and confidently screening incoming telephone calls.
- Welcoming and assisting visitors and guests.
- Managing meeting room bookings and coordinating hospitality arrangements, including ordering lunches.
- Arranging courier and postal services.
- Ordering office stationery and consumables.
- Providing general administrative support across the Support Office.
- Assisting with the organisation of meetings and ad hoc events.
- Supporting the Executive Assistant with a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks.
