You’ll work under the Head Chef to deliver nutritious, restaurant-quality meals for residents, manage a section, ensure portion control and waste minimisation, and help review menus with the team.
We expect catering experience, a NVQ Level 2 or QCF in food & hygiene, and knowledge of health & safety, waste disposal and infection control. Excellent training and career development await.
