What you\’ll be doing:
As Guest Operations Specialist you will help coordinate the smooth running of our Edinburgh Airport base which includes liaising with aircraft operators, travel organizers, the airport authority, third-party suppliers, air crew, passengers and relevant authorities to co-ordinate the arrival and departure of our clients\’ aircraft at the airport.
You will be the face of the business providing world class service to our customers, ensuring a smooth transition through our facility whilst safely delivering ground services to our customers\’ aircraft, including towing and fuelling.

About You:
- First and foremost – you know what an excellent customer experience looks like and you know how to deliver this
- Flexible – this is a multi-faceted role where you could be pouring drinks to approving an aircraft for boarding – No room for egos here
- Willingness to learn new skills, with full training provided both in the office and outdoors on the βramp\’ with aircraft
- Ability to work accurately under pressure in an operational environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Valid and clean driving licence
- IT Literate and proficiency in using Microsoft Office programmes β Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- You will be organised with a strong attention to detail
- Additional languages would be an advantage
- Previous experience with aviation, travel, luxury retail or hospitality would be advantageous
- HGV License would be desirable, otherwise you will be trained on this
