Your new role:
As Guest Operations Specialist you will help coordinate the smooth running of our Airport base which includes liaising with aircraft operators, travel organisers, the airport authority, third-party suppliers, air crew, guests and relevant authorities to co-ordinate the arrival and departure of our clients’ aircraft at the airport. You will be the face of the business providing world class service to our guests, ensuring a smooth transition through our facility whilst safely delivering ground services to our guests’ aircraft.
About you:
- Previous experience within aviation in a similar role
- Ability to work accurately under pressure in an operational environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Understanding of VIP customer expectations and proven anticipation of needs
- Flexibility of start and finish times within the shift pattern
- Willingness to learn new skills, with full training provided
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Qualifies to hold a full airport ID
- IT Literate and proficiency in using Microsoft Office programmes – Word, Excel, Outlook etc
- HGV licence (desirable)
- Valid and clean driving licence
- Serious about safety
- Additional languages are desirable but not essential
