Signature TECHNICAir, is a global provider of aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul specializing in small to mid-size, turbine-powered business aircraft, with locations throughout the United States and Europe. As a division of Signature Aviation, Signature TECHNICAir EMEA operates a full service, CAA & EASA certified Part 145 Repair Station at Bournemouth airport, in conjunction with strategically positioned mobile service units based at Farnborough and Luton airports that serve a wide range of capabilities, across the UK and Europe.
Your new role:
- Provide Aircraft on Ground (AOG) support to our customers.
- Carry out all maintenance tasks to the highest standards in accordance with manufacturer\โs instructions, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure maintenance documentation is accurately completed ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Liaise with customers, manufacturers support representatives, regulatory authoritiesโ representatives, company management and company support teams as required.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a positive customer service attitude without compromising quality to both external and internal customers.
About you:
- You hold a CAA B1 and/or B2 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License
- Ideally holding Cessna Citation or Embraer Legacy/Phenom type ratings but not essential.
- Business jet experience preferred but not essential.
- Possessing a full UK driving license, you have the unrestricted ability to travel as needed.
- Demonstrating a strong passion for providing excellent customer service is crucial for you.
- You are adept at planning and prioritizing effectively, ensuring efficient task management.
- Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are excellent, enabling you to convey information clearly.
- With a keen sense of diligence and high levels of integrity, you consistently demonstrate professionalism.
- Your self-motivation and ability to work independently without supervision are notable strengths. You maintain a positive \โcan do\โ attitude, effectively employing problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve issues promptly.
