Company Today, precision medicine coupled with advanced diagnostics is taking over. However, those innovations in medicine come with an ever-increasing price tag driven by more expensive and complicated solutions making them less accessible unless we do something about it. Signatur Biosciences was established with the mission of making cutting-edge diagnostic tools accessible to more patients around the world. As a startup we have developed a technology to profile complex molecular signatures in a single reaction using qPCR machines already in place in every biomedical lab around the world. Signatur Biosciences is a startup based in London, UK and in Liege, Belgium. We are building a team of individuals who share our passion for solving this problem through close collaboration and a sense of urgency.
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Associate Product / Clinical Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, under the direction of the CEO and with close, hands-on coaching from an executive-level marketing and commercial strategy consultant with deep experience in oncology diagnostics, you will be responsible for leading and shaping the product marketing and go-to-market strategy, directly contributing to the preparation and execution of product launches, while also developing high-quality marketing content, supporting congress and event preparation, and building competitive and market intelligence.
If you are an intellectually curious self-starter with a passion for precision medicine and oncology, we would love to speak with you!
About the role: This is an early-career, high-impact role for someone who wants to build a career in precision oncology diagnostics marketing while taking real ownership early. Working closely with the CEO, senior external consultants, and internal R&D, clinical, and regulatory colleagues, you will play a leading role in shaping product positioning and go-to-market strategy, and will be directly involved in preparing and executing product launches for SigBio's oncology diagnostics. Through hands-on execution and structured exposure to senior-level decision-making, a strong performer in this role is expected to grow into a senior marketing leadership position as the company scales.
Main Responsibilities:
- Product Positioning (Supported Leadership)
- Lead the development and evolution of product positioning for SigBio's oncology diagnostics, aligned with clinical evidence, access goals, and long-term corporate strategy.
- Contribute directly to defining value propositions relative to existing gold-standard tests, including access-expanding and differentiated use cases.
- Support corporate strategy workstreams by translating strategic hypotheses into clear, decision-ready marketing narratives and materials.
- Go-To-Market & Product Launch (Leadership)
- Play a central role in preparing and executing product launches across RUO (Research use Only) / Early Access and EU regulated pathways.
- Contribute to the design and rollout of Early Access / RUO programmes, including positioning, claims framing, and customer-facing materials.
- Support EU go-to-market preparation, including launch sequencing, audience targeting, and dissemination strategy.
- Map out reimbursement requirements and support Health Technology Assessment (HTA) engagement, in collaboration with external advisors and internal regulatory and clinical teams.
- Marketing Content & Scientific Communication (Ownership)
- Develop high-quality marketing materials, including slide decks, one-pagers, and clinical summaries for different audiences (oncologists, pathologists, laboratories, partners).
- Translate complex clinical and scientific concepts into clear, credible, and compliant marketing narratives.
- Support preparation of materials for scientific congresses and industry events (e.g. ESMO, ASCO), including posters, presentations, and booth content.
- Work with Key Opinion Leaders to gather feedback and build advocacy for the product.
- Competitive & Market Intelligence (Ownership)
- Track competing diagnostic tests, emerging technologies, and commercial models in oncology and precision diagnostics.
- Monitor relevant scientific publications, clinical guidelines, and market developments.
- Contribute to assay portfolio extension strategy by evaluating unmet medical needs, emerging clinical use cases, and market opportunities.
- Support strategic assessment of new assay concepts by helping steer development direction based on clinical relevance, commercial potential, and portfolio fit.
- Synthesize insights into structured internal updates to inform positioning, go-to-market decisions, portfolio prioritisation, and leadership discussions.
- Technical Expertise
- Develop a strong working understanding of molecular diagnostics, precision oncology workflows, and clinical decision-making pathways.
- Understand regulatory distinctions (RUO vs regulated IVD) and their implications for marketing claims and communications.
- Apply scientific rigor and accuracy to all external-facing materials.
- Project and Product Delivery
- Collect, synthesise, and communicate customer and market feedback to inform the development and refinement of diagnostic tests.
- Actively contribute to new product development projects by providing market, clinical, and customer insights throughout the development lifecycle.
